Updates 7/4/2012

~ Today I went to make a booking at the Garden's Restaurant. The manager said the max we could hold a gathering only for 3 hours. So the time for the meet up will change from 12pm till 3pm and after 3pm we will head straight to Hokaido Restaurant.

Updates 6/4/2012

~ For the dollmeet on the 15th, after 4pm, we will move to Hokaido Japanese Restaurant in The Garden there. For more space and less people to sit, I choose the ice cream part there. After that, let us had our dinner in Hokaido. I'll make a booking for dinner. So please confirm your dinner attendance to me as soon as you could as I need to make booking before 6pm. ^_^

In case some of you guys not familiar with that area, Hokaido Japanese Restaurant located in The Garden's top floor. Its shop is in between Samsung and Sony Ericsson shop. Or you can try to call me, I'll come to look for you.

So, I've been thinking that shall we had a meet up on April too? Since I mostly can't make it to the May meet. Place, I'll choose the easy to go so anyone interested, do come and join us. If possible do let me know that your confirmation attendance, so I can at least make a seat booking for how many heads.

Time plan and venue:

12 - 3pm - lunch in Garden's restaurant in Midvalley
After 3pm - Head to Hokaido ice cream area
6pm - Dinner in Hokaido. For those whom interested, please let me know cause I need to book tables!

Theme: Well no themes just free and easy. Relax... and have fun!

NOTES:

1) Do take note that the place we are having a doll meet sort of small, so please keep your own belongings aside to assure that it doesn't cramp the area up or disturb other guests whom having lunch there. ^_^ In case you guys confuse on the venue, the Garden's Restaurant I've mention was in Midvalley where the bridge area there that could cross too The Garden's.

2) If any of you guys arrive earlier then I am, please let the manager/staff know that booking was made on last week Saturday under my name Karen Kong. ^_^

3) Do have fun and enjoy your time as much as you guys could!!!

Just wondering, how about those who will be working on Saturdays? (Just afraid some might not be able to make it) Can we make the date be open until we confirm who are fine on Saturday and who's for Sunday?

My mistake...I accidentally deleted the "1" when I setting the confirmation dates. Sorry to confuse you guys up. I'll try to go Garden's this weekend to book for a space for the meets. The Garden's restaurant as we all know the space ain't that big, so we can't really take that area for too long. So if you guys possible, try to pass your contact to your friend that closest whom attend to get the updates if we ever shift place. Or you guys can contact me too on my cellphone. I'll provide on the first post. ^_^
