Stickied threads in more than one subforum?

Just wondering if there's a way to have a stickied thread in multiple subforums-- In particular this thread.

I look for this particular thread a lot, but I always have difficulty finding it since it's under Marketplace > Tool Kits, and I by default look under Tutorials & Critiques > Doll Care or Tutorials & Critiques > Aesthetics. It would be helpful if it can be stickied in these subforums as well Very Happy
